Staff was fine. Efficient and friendly. The facilities, while clearly being renovated, needs a lot of attention. What has been remodeled is of low quality products and workmanship. Potholes in parking lot. Poorly lit and no signs indicating construction and progress. Rooms are clean. Dated, but clean. Being warned of charges ranging from $40 to $250 immediately upon arrival, is off-putting. Have never been charged $40 in advance for "incidentals", but I was informed it would be refunded if no charges are incurred. They have my card. Staff was excellent. Facilities needs work. Good value.

I was happy with most everything about this property except, I called the number to find out what time breakfast ended and the man (must have been corporate and not direct hotel #) told me 10 am...I was working at 5 am so hurriedly went back to the hotel at 920 to be told it was done at 9 am.....that didn't make me very happy...but it was a small issue comparitively

Close to the airport

The floor felt sticky and wet/moist. Also paint was peeling off doors

The place is huge!! The overall feel is good but you can tell the rooms and overall place is a bit run down. Either way, the service was great and breakfast was good.

Great staff very helpful pool was nice looked clean. Kids had a fun. Great room comfortable beds.

Easy access close to airport and hwy, clean and great breakfast! Super friendly ppl!

The only negative was that the outlet in the bathroom didn't work. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable stay.

This is a big place with a great bar and restaurant. It’s a decent place and the price is fair. It’s an older hotel but kept up well. The staff is also very nice.

Customer service was good, breakfast was great. Rooms are very outdated. Slight smoke smell in our room. Carpet in hallway was coming apart, making a tripping hazard.

If we fly from Pasco we will stay here again.

For the price its alright, the facility needs to be updated.

Red Lion Inn was a very nice place to stay! They have a buffet breakfast of which I wished we could have enjoyed but were unable to due to an early morning departure time at the airport. Red Lion Inn also is only a two minute drive to the airport. They also have a restaurant within with excellent food. I would highly recommend Red Lion Inn for your stay.

Very nice, clean resort.

The staff gave us an upgrade to a room in the Tower when there were no rooms with King beds, which we had paid for. The room was spacious and comfortable—great bed, large bathroom with two sinks, and a wonderful work desk. It did need a few minor repairs, however. And it took hours to get extra pillows we ordered. The breakfast was amazing, however! Overall, we had a great experience.

AC kept making a loud noise every time it would turn on making it hard to sleep
