This place is not taken care of; hallway carpets are filthy , smokers in the stairwells, linens have bad stains plus dogs barking in the hotel all night.
You need to be desperate to stay here. Shower water pressure is terrible.

Desk help were nice people and that pretty much the best of it. Room smell, halls smell and my rooms water was no pressure and the tub did not drain well. The bedding had stains on it.

They take a $100 deposit that is not returned 3-10 business days my husband has had to go twice to ask about my money. I work at a hotel myself and we do a deposit it’s an authorization well at least it should be no they charge you the deposit.

Absolutely filthy facility. I don’t review anything ever but can’t be quiet about this. Stained dirty sheets, black scuff marks on the towels, lamp shades that were crumpled and looked like coffee splattered all over them. Base boards missing, gouges in the sheetrock, no working ice machines and disgusting carpet in the hallways. Worst hotel experience of my life…the photos don’t do it justice!

They charge you a $100 deposit when you check in that is not disclosed during the reservation. The room was dirty, after a shower a towel was put on the floor and it came back Brown, you could hardly see through the mirror in the room because of how dirty it was. I was locked out of my room in the middle of the night because the lock on the door stopped working so anytime I left my room after that I had to leave the door open. And then at check out, I was charged the $100 deposit because of some makeup and blood on the towel and the sheet. The towels and sheets are probably what you get from Dollar Tree. I could have gone across the street to Walmart and replaced all of those towels and get a set of sheets for less than $100. But I'm pretty sure hotels are supposed to be equipped with the proper resources to clean towels and sheets. But apparently being a female and having a period is a chargeable offense at this place. It is trash, the employees are trash, highly do not recommend staying here. Also the entire building smelled like marijuana. In all my life I've never stayed in a hotel that charged you for them having to wash their Linens. Absolutely ridiculous. If I could rate this place zero Stars I would.

My husband showed up after 10 hours of travelling. They claimed they had no reservation and no rooms were available. They refused to provide a refund!
