Horrible room , smelled moldy, not in good condition , room not well cleaned , very small room . Only one chair to sit on . This has been the worst experience at a hotel that I have ever experienced. I would not even keep my luggage in room . Add check in the lobby wasn’t even a lobby nothing more than a poorly lit room. The agent could not find our reservation had questioned me several times if I had had the correct address, which I did, he had the name wrong. happened to check in didn’t have their name couldn’t find us. At checkout did not receive a receipt we handed in the key and the agent said OK goodbye

The property was unkept and dirty. The room was dirty. From the door to the bathroom floors, everything was dusty, smudged or had grime and hair. The floor mat for the shower had black stains. The lobby at check in smelled like weed. When we left our room at 9am the woman cleaning the rooms rushed us and asked us several times if we're all done in there. Overall a terrible experience for our family.

The TV was completely broken, it was in a bad area of town. I checked in just about midnight and there were several creepy guys hanging around. I felt unsafe which led to a horrible nights sleep only 5 hours.

The check in was quite easy and quick. The room was spacious and clean I like that. After few minutes of check in i got a call from the front desk to make sure I am ok with the room. It was quite impressive stay. I will stop by here in my next travel in the area.

The room I was in was outdated, the bed needs to be replaced and the bathroom needs to be updated…. There were several suspicious people hanging around the property which raised my safety concerns and I saw drug usage, mostly marijuana smoking. I also had an unknown Hispanic male knocking &
pushing on the room door at about 3 am in the morning. I yelled at him
And he ran off. Overall, I will never stay at that property again
