Red Roof Inn Binghamton - Johnson City

Once we came in the room there was yellow stains on the sheets from both beds, towels weren’t clean, sink had no running water, the floors were extremely dirty, ROACHES inside the fridge, on the wall, & bath tub. There was a horrid smell coming from the room. Overall would not recommend unless you’re comfortable with spending the night in a cheap unsanitary place.

The stay here was ok the bed was uncomfortable and I had to keep asking for towels.

The office staff was very pleasant and helpful.

This Red Roof used to be nice, but it’s really gone downhill.

It was clean & comfortable. Big improvements--We hadn't stayed there for several years because it going downhill & had bugs, but it is cleaner,, more brightly lit,and not as noisy as it used to be.

It claims to be smoke free but it certainly isn’t. I saw ppl smoking on the property and my room stank as smoke and other things. The floor was dirty as well.

The room was gross, bathroom had pealing paint in the shower! Just all around gross!!! They also refused to refund a night when I checked out 1 day early due to disgusting conditions! Be aware!!!

The room, fridge, etc. were all very clean. I stayed for about 5 days. The mattress was awful. They said they were unable to switch. I had to buy a mattress pad. I have to mention the housekeeping staff. They were wonderful. They stopped every day, did I need towels, bags, soap. Always smiling. As a disabled traveler with a dog and mobility scooter, this was a big benefit to me. I do wish they would clean up all the garbage around their property. The front looks nice, but we walk our dogs around the whole property. The view from their back property is spectacular! You get the sunset, the highway, etc. I grew up here. They should promote it and that B.J.'s, Wegman's and Dunkin Donuts are all less than 1/4 mile from their property!

Area around the property is convenient. Room was ok, stains in bed and towers. Room had a door that connect to the room next to, very unconfortable.

The price was competitive. No housekeeping service after the first day except replacing a towel. Grill in heating / AC unit has accumulated lint/dust and needs cleaning. Our floor was dusty after first night. Location convenient for us.
