Get rid of roaches Boot out people who smoke in rooms

Full of roaches. Doesn't enforce no smoking policy, doesn't offer compensation for illness due to allowing smokers in adjacent rooms. Gen'l manager doesn't return calls. No seals around any adjacent room doors nor entrance doors between room and parking lot.

Soap dispensers were all empty, and it's hard to pack up the kids at night when having to buy soap!

I came in late after some stock car races. Drove up an hour after races to make the drive home a little shorter. Tried to check in and was told my reservation had been cancelled because after 8:00 pm all Expedia reservations are cancelled. Had to drive another 21/2 hours to find a room

Thái độ của cô ta làm chúng tôi cảm thấy mình bị kỳ thị chủng tộc. Chúng tôi quá thất vọng và sẽ vĩnh viễn quên đi cái tên "RED ROOF INN" trong suốt cuộc đời còn lại của chúng tôi.

Don’t waste your money, hotel is gross and dirty. Bedding was all stained, found pieces of glass and hair in bed, rooms smell like cigarette smoke, shower is dirty and towels have blood stains on them.

Take this off your list of places to stay. We tried three rooms before we finally determined we couldn't stay. One room was overpowering with cat smell, second one heavy smoke smell and the final room the toilet was broken. The only good thing about this place was the staff. Now the problem I have is getting my refund for my non stay. They told me I had to get it from Hotel.com???but I can't get ahold of them.

I was looking forward to my stay here after seeing so many 5 star reviews, but I was sorely disappointed. First off, we killed 3 roaches in the bathroom. Despite it being a smoke free room, it reaked of cigarette smoke. Lots of cosmetic damage, most notably the toilet paper holder broken off the wall and hook for clothes in the bathroom pulled off the door. The mattresses had plastic on them, so whenever you shifted in bed it sounded like you were rolling around on a pile of grocery bags, and the pillows were hard and flat. There were 3 of us in the room, but they only gave us 2 towels, and when we asked for another they weren't friendly about it. There were shampoo and shower gel dispensers in the shower but they were empty, no small ones anywhere either, we ended up having to go buy our own shampoo and soap at Walmart. Not a great experience whatsoever.

Not a good area to bring a family. Dirty in room and air conditioner not working. Drugs being used around the vicinity.

It did not appear to be a family friendly place. I was afraid my car was going to get broken into while we were there. We got into the room and then heard pounding on the door next to ours saying sheriff department. We got our stuff and got out. There were cops all outside. We turned in our keys and left. This is not recommended for anyone that has kids or a single female.

The front desk is always super helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and the price is good. love staying here!

The atay was quite and comfortable but the covers didn't seem to be cleaned

Our Room lost power Mid way through our stay and I had a very sick baby that needed specific machines that required electricity. The whole reason we stayed in a hotel was because our home lost power from a storm a day before. They then told us they couldn’t do anything for us and we had to then return to the hospital with our baby.

Bedding smelled bad and the place was very run down.
