We used to use that particular red roof in years ago and it is really gone downhill. You all need to upgrade it big time holes in the walls dirty carpets. Just a bad experience. I would never use it again.

Place was awful

When arrived there were two police officers walking the property looking for someone from a disturbance. I did book this somewhat last minute and thought since it was near the airport would be safe. After a somewhat steady disturbance throughout the evening from other “patrons or guests” I woke up to realize this property had people living in the rooms for more than one night. The parking lot had cars broken down and lived in. Also after showering I grabbed not just the first towel to find it spotted with dirt but both towels. I ended up using my clothes to dry myself. If this wasn’t all bad enough the property charged my $50 incidental hold which took several phone calls to straighten out. Overall I would not recommend this property unless you were a heavy sleeper and a member of a swat team.

Pretty grimy and our room smelled faintly of smoke. No one was at the front desk when I tried to check out, so it's possible that I'm still officially staying there. We were looking for somewhere cheap near the airport to avoid an early-morning drive for a flight, and I guess we got what we paid for. I wish we'd paid $20 more for one of the other inexpensive options across the street.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. When checking in, the receptionist commented that they weren’t sure they had a room clean (at least an hour after check-in time, and with a reservation). The room wasn’t much; the door catch was broken, the door would stick and not close all the way. It was more a motel than hotel. But it was cheap and did the job.

Bed was very comfortable but more importantly is the staff. Very friendly and went above and beyond to keep me satisfied with my stay. The staff and the front desk were beyond professional and had a very positive

Close to the airport if that matters to you. No refrigerator which is a huge inconvenience.

Hard to get in too. With out getting hit with traffic

When i walked in the room there was garbage

There was no WiFi and the room was damp and there was no hot water on the sink and rusty airconditioner.

Worked well for a quick overnight stop while traveling through. Easy access to I-94 and the Milwaukee Airport.

People below us were smoking in the room the whole night and made our room smell. Check in also took 20 minutes

I was there to do some touring around southeastern Wisconsin. All I was looking for was a place to SSS - Shower, sleep, and shave. Not luxurious, but clean and inexpensive. Facilities are a bit worn, but room, bath, and linens were clean and filled my needs well.

Service was great

Due to delays in my flight, I was not able to check in until two a m. There was somebody available at the front desk to help me and I got my key. I should have known by the amount of people with their doors open, misic playing, and people sitting outside in camp chairs. When I opened the room, my eyes watered from the smell. I went back to the front desk and had to wait to speak to the same woman behind a group of 4 young ladies. Lets just say I was questioning their profession at almost 2:30 am. I finally asked for another room, but they were full. When I asked for a refund, the woman at the desk said no. I asked to call the manager or have someone speak to me She said, no, and that they would tell me the same thing. That if I was unhappy with that answer, then all I could do was call the police. I ended up taking an Uber back to the airport because an event had every hotel booked, and I slept in a chair until 7 am and could pick up my rental car and continue my trip.

Right when I arrived in the front lobby it freaked of cigarette smoke. Then when I was waiting to check in, the rather large lady with facial hair took a call, she was very impatient with the person on the phone. When I walked into the room I rented, the smell of cat pee nearly knocked me flat! Of course I couldn’t get a refund, they offered another room, but it was too late. Damage done. I’ll never stay at another Red OOF inn again!
