Bedbugs in the hotel room. Evident sent, but still haven't hear from them after almost a week.

There were bedbugs in the hotel room, Both of our occupants have bedbug bites (30 bites) all over their bodies. I brought the issue to the front desk and was told to email them the picture of the actual bedbug in the hotel room before they will do anything, which I did. It's now being almost a week, with two emails sent, I still have not hear anything from them. Very bad experience.

STAY WAS GREAT, BUT I THINK REMOVING THE SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM THE AIRPORT, IS NOT GOOD, BECAUSE MY NEXT STAY WILL BE SOMEWHERE ELSE AND IT'S ALL BECAUSE OF THEM REMOVING THE SHUTTLE.

The room I was put in had mold all over the ceiling of the bathroom,the chain door lock looked like it had at some point been kicked in and was reattached just a little higher, and the peephole was smashed in.The building smelled like smoke,there was ice on the floor even though house keeping was in the hall cleaning rooms,the room smelled aggressively like bleach,the light fixtures and door frames were rusted,all the doors had dings all over them which was alarming,the walls are falling apart, and everything was incredibly overpriced.I was moved to a second room which didn’t have a bashed in peephole.

This is the worst experience ever the hotel is disgusting smells like dead rats . Poop rotten walls are falling down rooms smell moldy sheets were humid and it was very much ghetto WILL NEVER STAY HERE EVEN IF I WAS PAID TOO ! The employees were nice but this place stinks and is very much dirty

Very close to the airport. You get what you pay for: Affordable acommodations, at a payable price. Not bad, could be better.
