poor customer service and poor facilities

I like it，it was clean and nice and the there is free parking and the Wi-Fi

Ya get what ya pay for. Older hotel, they have painted but not very well. The room was clean for the most part. The bathroom was nasty. Would not stay here again.

Dirty, old old , suspicious looking ppl living there it’s a motel!!!

Place is ok, just needs updates and a make over. Old hvac, no usb outlets, there is easy access to the college amd shopping. Not my first choice when i go back but worked in a pinch.

Loud banding animals through the night, random people around the property talking late into the evenings, staff was not very helpful.

The website of this establishment featured impressive photographs, but it is likely that these images were taken several years ago. The condition of each room was appalling, revealing a state of disarray and neglect. The health department should investigate this matter and potentially initiate the closure of the establishment. The owners’ explanation, that their new cleaners were absent due to inclement weather, is insufficient to justify the extensive filth and grime found within the premises.

This was a waste of my money and time now think at it I wish I had payed a little extra for the Marriott hotel Nextdoor instead maybe they would have had better hospitality. Just know Red Rood Inn I will never be booking a room anywhere with your franchises name. You should feel embarrassed for your guys poor performance.

Disgusting dirty homeless people living there

Hotel is very dated. Doesn’t look anything like the pictures.

My son and I went to check in and I noticed that the whole place was in disarray. There were windows broken and boarded up. We checked in they walked us to the room.we went in , I see that the beds were broke, and there were dirty diapers on the floor, I refuse to stay there and asked for a refund. They said that they would. That emailed a receipt of zero charge to my card. And I had to find another hotel . This was absolutely the worst experience and am very disappointed .
