The front desk staff are all very polite and profession Mira, el, Joshua and the general manager Mr Amid so kind. Housekeeping and maintenance very well mannered Mr vicotor very nice. Great location and easy to walks to shops and McDonald’s. I worked for Disney world this is. Just stay!! Safe and well lit

Out of the kind staff members I’ve encountered over my stay here, I finally came across one who was unpleasant and has overall ruined my experience with this establishment. Unless there is a resolution, I refuse to stay here anymore.

Took my wedding ring off to make sure I didn't loose it in the bed. Left it there along with my wife's meds and called 2 hours after and they kept it. Hassle at the front desk, dirty and unsafe. Never again.

Hotel was clean, but the mattress on our bed was horrible! It had to be a really old mattress and the springs were broken. The cleaning products they used throughout the hotel left a strong smell which wasn't pleasant. Great location and price though.

I've stayed at this hotel many years ago and at the time it was in great condition. Based on this past experience, I decided to book with Red Roof again. Well, to my surprise the place was pretty much beat up and the hallway rug was so filthy and smelly. The bedroom I received had pubes all over the bathroom floor. Needless to say, I will never stay here in the future.

I stayed in the king size room, bed was cheap and uncomfortable! Very thin mattress for a king bed. I've stayed at other red roof inn's and their beds were nothing like this. Black mold in shower. Overall, room was clean and next to shopping centers. Location was great! I am STILL awaiting my INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT.

Our tv in our room did not work so our rooms were switched. Our key wouldnt work so i went to the other building and the front desk agent gave me a hard time about a room key while my wife with dementia waited to get in. I was really mad! It takes alot to get me mad with filthy loud thugs unsafe conditions this place is a train wreck. Dont do it. It stinks literally! No mas!

The check in and check out went well. The bedding was reasonably clean.
There was hair in the bathroom and a use q-tip on top of the fan when I entered.
The most inconvenient was the fan and the refrigerator that made very loud noise, which made it hard to sleep through the night. I do not think I will stay there again.

ice machine on our floor not working. The other one was on lower floor, and still not working properly.
Keys did not work properly and we had to call the front desk to re-do these so we could enter the hotel & into our room! Most inconvenient .
No cleaning of our room next day at all, after arriving back to find the trash, dirty towels, etc. not cleared and replaced i called front desk... Was told they did not do this but every 3 days??? My stay was for 2 nights only, and i had asked for room service to be done while i was out all day. How stupid & rude is this???
