The staff at checkin and checkout were both very friendly. The only real complaint was that the bed was super honey feeling and you could audibly hear the springs sinking in when laying down. However, it did not stop us from getting a good night’s sleep!!

The front desk staff are all very polite and profession Mira, el, Joshua and the general manager Mr Amid so kind. Housekeeping and maintenance very well mannered Mr vicotor very nice. Great location and easy to walks to shops and McDonald’s. I worked for Disney world this is. Just stay!! Safe and well lit

Clean and neat

Our tv in our room did not work so our rooms were switched. Our key wouldnt work so i went to the other building and the front desk agent gave me a hard time about a room key while my wife with dementia waited to get in. I was really mad! It takes alot to get me mad with filthy loud thugs unsafe conditions this place is a train wreck. Dont do it. It stinks literally! No mas!

The check in and check out went well. The bedding was reasonably clean. There was hair in the bathroom and a use q-tip on top of the fan when I entered. The most inconvenient was the fan and the refrigerator that made very loud noise, which made it hard to sleep through the night. I do not think I will stay there again.
