Nice room! Comfy bed with choice of pillow type. Was able to adjust temp control the way we wanted. TV-clear with many choices. Easy walk next door to McDonald’s.

Our room was not clean. Floors were not swept or mopped. They were sticky and disgusting. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean our room. The counters were not wiped and when we cleaned them the wipes we used were black. On top of that our room smelled like a dog that hadn’t bathed in a year. Other then That the bathroom was clean and the fridge and microwave were clean. It was an okay stay besides how dirty and smelly the room was.

This was the worse place I’ve ever stayed in. The sheets and comforters are permanently stained. The rooms have mold and smell like years worth of cigarette smoke. If you’re a prostitute or druggy, then you’ll like this place. Great location. But now I’m sick thanks to the mold and dirtiness.

The room floor was sticky, the shower chair was filthy, the walls were paper thin. The rug under the bed was wet for no reason. The remote for our room was out of batteries and we got a broken one, that worked, instead. All in all 10 out 10 would not recommend.

The rooms smell disgusting. Especially the one next to the office. The bathrooms were not clean. You can see pee stains on the walls. The bed has so much animal hair, I understand it’s a hotel that accepts animals but there’s no reason why the beds or anything smell like a dog that slept in it before I checked in.

Toilet seat cracked Interior door lock screws pulling out of door casing. No wash cloth. No light on desk plus desk top was dirty. I went to front desk to ask for duct tape so I don’t get pinched when I sit down. I ask for Phillips screw driver do I could try to fix door. Oh and ask for wash cloth. I have pictures of you would like them.

While the price was budget. Holes in the walls, door security latch of first room broken. First night a lot of flies and big spider in room. Water came through ceiling from 2nd floor. Manager provided a second room in a different area of the motel, which was cleaner.

Went with my bestie for a concert,show up to the hotel and want to get ready, NO HOT WATER! At 3pm! I took a freezing cold shower! The room had flys so we spent the first hour hunting and killing flys, there were blood stains on the comforter... but overall i still enjoyed my trip to rochester and would stay again
