We stayed in the second floor and we could hear everything the people above us were doing. It was very noisy and not very comfortable as a result. Older hotel and feels like it.

This hotel has an excellent location, convenient to Redmond, Kirkland and Bellevue and has sufficient parking that is free. However, the furnishings in the room were very dated and the shower ceiling appeared to have mold on it. My credit card was charged twice upon check-in which placed a large hold on my card. Unless it is by far the cheapest option I would look elsewhere.

We stayed for 4 nights and never once saw anyone from house keeping. They were supposed to come after the 2nd night but never showed. I even called the next morning to see if they could come empty the trash. The front desk said they would send someone but never did. Disappointing.

Lovely area and the hotel was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge in the room did not work and there was no mattress in the pull out couch so my son had to sleep on top of the couch cushions which was not comfortable at all.
