There was confusion with having the room cleaned and when

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and it wasnt good. Cleanliness was lacking. Hair, blood, kleenex/toilet paper bits in bathroom plus a nice big spider. Our toilet was plugged on arrival so we complained. They handed me the plunger. I thought this was odd but proceeded to plunger the clogged toilet(that we didnt clog). I tried for 10 minutes and was unsuccessful. I complained to front end staff again so they moved us to another room. That room wasnt any better. This time both the toilet and shower were plugged. I complained again. This time staff tried to unplug the toilet(they were also unsuccessful) but managed to unclog the shower. I wanted to move my family to a different hotel and I probably should have, but we decided to stick it out. We were able to use a toilet 3 floors down by the pool, obviously very inconvenient. On checkout I complained once more avout the issues and got two words, "sorry sir." Nevertheless, I cant recommend this hotel to anyone, and we wont stay here again.

In first floor room two night stay kids in room above about 5 & 7 up at 4:30 am running back and forth like they were chasing a ball or jumping up and down. Family with small children need to be on the ground floor asked if we could change rooms if they were staying another night however they were checking out as I was asking for this request.

The hair dryer and coffee machine didn’t work properly.

The facility is clean and comfortable. Service is friendly and prompt. The breakfast is meager but adequate.

I’ve stayed here quite a few times, but it has been some years since my last stay and it could use some updating. Our first night was spent in a room that had a plumbing leak and a large area of the floor was soaked. We switched to the other building and enjoyed the next two nights. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms have everything you need. I’m sure we’ll stay again as the location is perfect for our traveling needs. Breakfast is your typical waffle, with yogurt, cold cereal, and fruit. The hot tub was enjoyable. The adjacent restaurant looks the same as it did in the 1980s, but the breakfast food is still very good. There’s a Chipotle and a Korean restaurant across the street and 520 Highway access is a block away.

Redmond inn is a great spot close to Marymoor park for shows. Appreciate the friendly staff and ample parking.

Great hotel with easy access to major highways and downtown Seattle. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel and grounds in good condition.

Checkin was ridiculous. I stood at the desk for a full 30 minutes, while a line formed behind me, while the desk staff helped guests who felt they could just walk up an be waited on before the people in line. Its ridiculous that such rudeness is tolerated.

Great location for going to a concert at Merrymoore!! 15-20 min walk past the light rail station

Property was quiet even as close to a major city road. Would have liked napkins or paper towels in the kitchenette. House keeping was ok, did leave a used towel in the unit on floor by door. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Clean, safe and friendly staff.

Great service, room was clean and will be back if back in the neighborhood.

I only stayed one night so I don't have more to say besides good service, clean and quiet room and location is near the freeway and supermarket.

I’m used to hotels being pretty safe for me and my fragrance allergies. While the towels and linens were fragrance free (thank you) the room was not!! It was soooo fragrant!! Yuck!! The satellite TV did not come on clearly. The blackout curtains did not span the full width of the windows making them ineffective. Best part about it was the location; walkable to MaryMoor Park for the concert. They also had a shuttle service available to the park (not back)! That was very awesome

Very quiet, clean peaceful overnight @ Redmond Inn. Elevator in our building screeched going down…hope they can fix that!
