一切都很好，员工服务非常好，早餐很不错，少一颗星是因为电梯坏了我拿着两个24寸箱子很不方便，同时半夜停车确实不好找停车位置，基本满的😂

地理位置不错。大厅有免费的咖啡机，可以一键制作拿铁，卡布奇诺，巧克力风味咖啡等多种咖啡，这一点很加分。早餐的自制pinecake?还不错，种类可以再增加点。没有香肠或汉堡。

First of all let me commend the entire front desk staff with a shout out to Mary. She had a big smile the moment we walked in and was incredibly efficient and friendly. You don’t find this kind of customer service a lot any more. The rest of the ladies were also great. Overall, the hotel is very clean. There were a few issues getting our room cleaned every other day as they posted on a notice in our room. Once I requested it be cleaned they did it right away and did a good job, They did say they were short staffed but I think if they can only manage a once every 3 day service they should tell you up front and on the off days should at least empty your garbage and supply towels. The hotel is a bit shabby chic and bathrooms need upgrading but the mattresses and pillows were good so that made up for a lot.its very convenient to literally everywhere. For the price, location and all around cleanliness and comfort Id recommend it if you’re looking for a budget friendly option.

Broken Elevator – My wife was stuck in an elevator for over 20 minutes. She used the emergency call button for help, but no one responded. Assistance was only provided after I personally went to the front desk and asked for it. Cleanliness Issues – Throughout our stay, there were beer cans left in the stairwells and hallways. It looked like someone had intentionally placed them there. The real concern is that the cleaning crew never noticed or removed them—they remained there for all three days of our visit.

Older hotel, not very well managed. Reasonably priced for the area. Convenient location.

Comfortable bed, clean rooms, breakfast was limited with mediocre coffee. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of service from Friday evening until we left on Sunday… fortunately it broke after we got settled into our room.

Great location for Redmond personal shopping and business.

Fair price for a very nice room and property

We stayed two nights and it was terrific. Whole Foods was perfect to grab snacks, close restaurants for dinner and breakfast, walking trail to take a walk after a long day of travel. Tried to use the pool, but brrr, it was cold. Used the hot tub instead. It was a little inconvenient to have the hot tub and pool in different places, but it’s all good. Breakfast was great-hot coffee and waffles, what could be better?! Easy to get to, close to lots of activities, clean and comfy-will definitely stay again.

Great place at a great price

Limited breakfast. Carpet you can smell very dirty. But looks ok.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station and walking trails. Breakfast is decent, and the overall stay is comfortable. Noise from footsteps upstairs can be noticeable, so I’d recommend booking a top-floor room for a quieter experience.
