Always a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. As soon as you walk in, friendly, welcoming staff. Rooms always nice and neat. The pool was clean and again great service from the staff.

The hotel was great, staff great! The only downside for me and was not happy about it; I’ve tried them connect my rooms and when I called the guy who answered said “ OH WE DONT DO THAT HERE”
Then when I arrived I asked the front desk and said they don’t connect rooms. But when I went into my room, it had the doors to connect to the room next to me. How could they lied about? Did I have to pay more? Was because the Expedia customers are not allowed to make such requests? God only know… didn’t get any option!

This was a last minute booking but a nice surprise. It was a busy weekend with limited lounge chairs and umbrellas (you need to get to the pool early to save a spot). We did have a concern regarding pool accommodations but the staff went out of their way to assist.

Checked in at 6:00pm, on sunday. checked out at 8:00pm same day we were there for 2 hours to use the pool. Someone threw up in the pool and we left after using the pool for 40 min.
Today is Thursday, i have 27 declined charges on my card from This Hotel, and 4 approved charges. They charged me for smoking in the room at 3:19 pm. We were not there at 3:19. Plus, i am not a smoker and i was there with my 4 year old daughter and pregnant wife.

Some one left feces in the pool on 114 degree weather . Staff was nice but didn’t handle situation correctly and people were never asked to get out , some were not even aware of the situation. It was my third time staying here but we will not be going back .

The Hotel looks very nice and has a nice pool area. I did NOT like the undisclosed $35 parking fee, they NEED TO STATE THAT on the listing!!! Plus the extremely loud air conditioner in our room. Due to the layout of the building and elevator location it can be a long walk to the room/elevator.

The staff at the renaissance PS was the best. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice and close to downtown. It would be great if they had a shuttle but we were able to walk to town and the casino every day. The room was a little small but the view of the pool from balcony was great. The room needed some cosmetic maintenance, but the hotel and cleaning staff were always there to provide whatever we needed. Food and service at the pool was great but they do need to update their lounge chairs as many are falling apart. Overall, I would stay there again. We had a great time.

The front desk staff including the concierge (Gordon) were amazing!
However, everything else was just “meh” or ok. Found the bed to be uncomfortable with starched like sheets. The bathroom was small with an incredibly low toilet.
Pool needs improvement as walking from chair to pool was very old surface with broken concrete.
Location was very convenient.
I don’t think we would stay here again. Needs some renovations.

The "Resort Suite" that we prepaid for was not available, so we were placed in a "Junior Suite," (and had to change rooms the next day). The room AC was extremely loud (and smelled of old cigarette smoke). The bathroom needs renovation work, as the cheap towel bar broke off (and there is no ventilation). Bathroom products were very cheap.
