first are the day 2 staff was amazing. Justin was grate night staff first night not so much.. phone did not work tv had problems towels where spottie an dirty AC did not work an room was 80 d in the room . sofa bed was broken in second room no phone is secound room. bathtub drainned slow an water filled up as we showered to for ever to drain.. i had to walk down stair to get help. not my best stay .. my photos are on my phm

There was an inconvenience with elevator access. It really would be the biggest issue for this hotel. Only one and for where my room was located made me feel this would be something to consider next time.
Also although the lobby was clean the hotel halls were not. I understand its guest who are leaving trash behind but i feel maintenance should go around to pick up from time to time. There were straw wrappers, a plastic cup on the floor an an mcdonald's cup on a table . Miscellaneous trash when i got got off the elevators on various floors.

We had a 2 night stay at the Renaissance Palm Springs as part of road trip whilst visiting California from the UK. Hotel was in a fantastic location, pool area was very well maintained and quiet during our stay, staff were super friendly and accommodating.

The first room we were put in at 10:30pm at night upon arrival had a broken non-working TV and phone and the toilet bowl was cracked. We moved rooms after 11pm at night and the 2nd room, we couldn't open the door to the balcony as the door was stuck. There were no tissues in the room and the towels were so rough from bleaching as the toilet paper was like using sandpaper. The carpet was ripped at the entry way door. We found out upon arrival that they charge $35/night for parking but since we were members it was only $25/night. I did mention the inconvenience to Justin the front desk manager and he removed the parking fees (I still need to review the bill to see if the charges were removed. The drinks by the pool are $17 for a jalepeno maragarita however it was made with all the seeds and way to hot to drink. I had previously stayed there like 20 years ago but never had so many things in disrepair.

I had such a great stay at the Renaissance Palm Springs! The hotel itself was beautiful, and relaxing but what truly made the experience extra special were the two amazing Filipino staff at the front desk.
There was a gentleman (I didn’t catch his name!) and a lovely lady named Kesha (I think) both were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Their warmth and genuine care really made me feel at home. It’s true what they say: Filipino hospitality is on another level, and they both proved it!
Because of them, I enjoyed my days in Palm Springs even more. They absolutely deserve to be recognized for the amazing energy and service they bring. Thank you both so much! 🌴💚
