I made a reservation on Expedia. The suite I reserved was not available when we arrived. The front desk staff were kind, though they did not explain how they were going to solve this. They ended up putting us in two rooms instead of the suite I paid for. I’m unsure if this is Expedia’s responsibility or the hotel’s.
In addition, the glasses in the cabinet had clearly been used and not washed.

We booked a family suite but had two bedrooms and a pull-out couch apparently the catch was not available and the hotel ended up giving us the two bedroom suite and a studio room for free to compensate because they didn't have what we booked very generous everyone was very nice

Front desk staff were friendly and responsive. However, our biggest disappointment was settling in at night, only to find there was NO comforter on the bed! They had just covered it in a sheet. Even more shocking was there were no other comforters in the entire hotel that they could find. How they could find this acceptable to present a room like this is beyond me, nor did they ever once offer any kind of compensation for our inconvenience and discomfort. Our toilet paper holder also was broken, and the front door got jammed as did other guests. Room stunk with an odd smell.
