There were so many affordable dining options around. I also loved that it was so close to Dean College making it a perfect stay for visiting family who attends Dean.

The location was perfect and the room with the beds and the two bathrooms was awesome for our family. It worked great. Definitely will be looking this for another day there.

Communication was poor on check in. Was not told or given written info of room cleaning schedule.
Eggs lukewarm at breakfast, some items like bagel/ English muffin frozen. Breakfast area staff see visiting with check in desk staff when area could be cleaned.

Parking lot had only one handicap space near the front door.
Room not very the well laid out.
No lights in kitchen area.
Bed lights and desk light did not light up the room
Vent fan in bathroom was very loud.
Toilet float did not always work, and water would continue to run.
Lining bathroom with grab bars does not make the room disability friendly. When I rented the room I was told it had a walk/roll in shower, it had a tub

We were highly disappointed in this hotel. we found a cheese ball under the oven, right in front - easily found. There was a hair in the kitchen sink. The kitchen was poorly lite. The light over the stove did not work. The bedroom remote did not work. There was only one towel rack to dry bath towels. The bathroom fan was very loud and sucked all the warm out and allowed cold air in while taking a a shower. And to top it off - the TV did not include any stations on which to watch the Superbowl!. We will not be staying there again.

Everything was great staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Only blemish is the bar is not inviting but realize the location and vibe isnt conducive
