The check in was so bad that we cancelled our stay. So sad. It was our granddaughters college graduation. We waited at the front desk for 2 hours for our room to be made available. The clerks at the front desk had no interest in helping us. It was a horrible experience on what should have been a joyous occasion.

Check in staff was polite. Process was quick and simple.
The room was comfortable and the bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. The bathroom smelled musty and there was an empty beer can left under the desk. The breakfast was not the best but it’s what you would expect.
Property is not what I expected of the Marriott name.

Check in was seamless. I was unable to get a suite and ended up with the studio. Apparently the studio was not equipped with an oven. There was a small stovetop but all they provided was a 6” sauce pan. So much for a grilled cheese sandwich. The lights flickered the toilet broke might have been a perfect storm but overall not a great stay
