One of the best places I've stayed in this area. Great team to attend all guests needs. I needed to use the guest laundry, had a great experience.
The room was extremely comfortable, warm and cozy. Great view of the Connecticut river from our window. The breakfast was completely amazing, delicious options from fresh toasts to waffles.
Highly recommend this place.

I booked a room at this hotel because I was under the impression there was a restaurant/bar on premises, but there is not. It closed down in March. Had to get food delivered and downtown Hartford isn't the greatest for foot travel for a solo female business traveler.

Emergency alarm and evacuation at 2:50am and then 3 more alarms again every 30 minutes after that. Cause was a burst pipe in the parking garage which was not even connected to the hotel and had burst on 3 separate occasions previously.

The location of the hotel was right downtown, which made the city walkable and convenient to highways and the train. Most of all, the staff was incredible. They were responsive to requests like additional towel and helpful ina meeting any questions we had during our stay. They were also very nice and friendly.

Excellent place to stay for the Hartford Marathon. Less than a mile from the start and about.5 miles from the finish. They put coffee out early, and had to go bags for breakfast.
