Didn’t care for the $30 charge to park. That surprised me. Also, the heavy bushes on the outside towards New York Avenue provide a very dark space and little view from any direction. Guest protection could be difficult in that space.
Overall price was not a good value.

Located extremely close to downtown Indianapolis. The room was very clean. My only issue is that parking is $30/day. Doesn't seem right to charge for parking

The property it's self looked nice but it is in need of both tlc and repair. Specifically the elevator and the hotel rooms need of repair.
I would not recommend the property to others due to its age and needs. Staff was friendly and helpful.
It was safe and easy to walk from and back to. So location was the draw. For selection but will not stay in the Future.

Not much next to this hotel so getting anything you need like groceries or a meal is a real pain- if you don’t have a car. Hotel is worn, tired carpets and hallways. No bar or small meals available unless you walk to the next hotel over and they have a very basic set up and the food isn’t good. The room space is large and there’s an empty fridge. 😃 wouldn’t stay there again as there are other hotels nearer to what’s going on with more amenities.

Very good breakfast and friendly staff. The mattress is a bit soft . The bathtub needs to be changed as it looks old. Kitchen is convenient but there was no kettle so we had to go get hot water in the lobby and it ran out twice. Location is good : 5-10 minutes walk to the convention center and downtown, grocery and restaurants. The canal walk is enjoyable. We had a good stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. Room was very spacious. Was impressed by the full kitchen, although we didn't need to use it. Living room was large and nice. Couch was pull out bed for our son, and he said it was comfortable (mattress might have been thin for adults, but was fine for children). Master was very comfortable. Swimming pool was used by multiple families and appeared fun. Breakfast in the morning was good (eggs, sausage, bagels, oatmeal, etc). Convenient location, easy walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. Would stay here again.

A nice reasonably priced hotel. A little bit dated but with great sized rooms that are very comfortable. The staff are really friendly, especially Devin on front desk. It is located on the Canal which is great for walks and relaxation. The area surrounding it is a bit run down but appears to be in the process of improvement but is not very inviting at night time unless you are driving or can access Uber (non-Us citizens might have difficulty getting around as public transport or roving taxis are practically non-existent) Across the street, however, is a great little bar/restaurant, The Social View, very welcoming with good food and drinks at reasonable prices. A nice little oasis in an otherwise featureless area. The hotel is good for locality to Lucas Stadium, the Convention Center and downtown area, walkable during the day and a short cab ride at night.

The size of these rooms is terrific for long-term stays and the staff is great. I did find it noisy as sound traveled from upstairs, and I found the property a bit confusing to navigate.
