Slowest elevator in the entire world

i stayed here while my eife wad in the hospital. everything was great. being on the canal wss a bonus. i was able to take a break to meditate and relax.

We were in town to visit Purdue-Indianapolis so the location is great as we were able to easily walk over from the hotel as well as walk to downtown Indy. They did not have the room available that we had booked (the two bedroom suite) but did but us in two separate rooms. This would have been fine but one of the rooms had a definite odor that seemed to intensive every time we came back to the room. Otherwise, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would probably stay here again if I were in the area.

Toilet wasnt flushing, no maintenance in the building. Asked for a plunger to take care of the toilet myself. Beds were uncomfortable, especially the pullout. Couch itself was crooked and uncomfortable as well. Only good thing at breakfast was waffles. Eggs, sausage and biscuits were cold both days. Pool was nice.

Everything was great!

It was just a bit dated. The bathroom sink was cracked and the stopper didn't fully close. The windows were very dirty. The iron was scorched. There was no room safe so I declined room service the whole time I was there. On the positive side: great location, nearby grocery but just one cafe, walkable even after midnight, very good front desk staff; excellent Hoosier biscuits and gravy with the complimentary breakfast.

Nothing unique, just fairly clean and convenient

Room was huge nice amenities however what they don’t tell you is there is a $30 parking charge that just shows up in your bill

The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We were able to retrieve a water bottle we had left in the fridge after we checked out. Also, we enjoyed walking along the canal walkway in the evenings, and the hotel was a convenient walk from the convention center where we attended a conference.

Amazing location, walking distance to the main attractions. Beautiful canal view. One of the better breakfast selections too! Had to switch rooms one night into our 3 night stay. The hotel staff was more than accomidatung to help us get to a quieter room.

Loved that it was right on the canal where we could walk away from traffic and enjoy some nature . Food was great and service excellent .

I am very disappointed in this hotel. Although the staff was very friendly, I would not recommend this hotel. I showed up just after midnight, the gentleman at the front desk gave me the keys to my room. Went up to the room and could not get in. Had to go back to the desk, he gave me keys to a different room. The room was very dated and had a moldy smell to it. The white doors were filthy, the walls looked like they were getting patched and the bathroom walls looked like it had water damage. The next day I got a call from the front desk and they told me I was in the wrong room, the lady walked me to the correct room and let me in, there was someone already in this room. Then she brought me to a third room. This was finally where I stayed. The next day the TV wasn’t working and the very helpful maintenance man said it was because there was a crane blocking the satellite dish on the roof. The cable came back on the next day. The last two days were fine. Great staff but the hotel needs a lot of attention.

Wonderful property

Has some minuses. Like an elevator. But it’s nice clean in a good spot.

Rooms could use a little TLC

Everyone was very nice. Good breakfast.
