Front office staff was great, friendly and kind. Room was great and spacious with excellent amenities. We slept in so we didn’t get to take advantage of the breakfast but heard it is great. There is loud truck noise from the business near by really early but that’s expected if you look around.

We were very comfortable with our stay the breakfast buffet had good options I loved the coffee it was pretty good and I like that they had French vanilla creamer. They were able to accommodate my special requests of extra towels and pillows. The rooms were nice and spacious I stayed in the king studio. I liked that your able to control the thermostat in the room was nice and I cleanliness of the room was really good me and my brother both enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The staff was very kind and let us know if we needed anything to let them know the general manager introduced herself as well to me when I was downstairs during breakfast time.

Front desk staff were amazing - received a package for me and check-in process was super smooth.
Daily cleaning in room was inconsistent, often forgetting to refill coffee and dishwasher detergent.
Laundry machines were broken, only 1 functional washing machine for the entire hotel, and caused for a long day trying to coordinate between other travellers.
Walls in hallways between lobby and room had various signs of physical damage.
Pool area was noisy and populated well after the 10PM closing time.

I had great customer service. I checked in in the early afternoon when there wasn’t many others coming or going. The manager noticed I needed help bringing my items in and went over and above in helping me.

I arrived at 11pm the main door was closed, I start calling the door and also from my phone calling the front desk and after 30 minutes a guy open the door, then he has very bad mood anyhow without saying a words to me gave me the room key, the room was so hot, I turn on the AC and after 30 minutes the rooms still was so hot, I call the font desk and they ask me to change the room, so after all I could go to bed at 1am very bad experience the hotel is NOT cheap, is not worth it, many other hotel are cheaper and much better
