We went for my sons baseball tournament, friendly staff. Breakfast was good and fulfilling for the family the staff in the breakfast area very helpful with special food instructions. Overall great staff and clean hotel

I have met staff that are very kind and accomodating especially Jimmy in the Engineering Dept. and Arlene in Housekeeping she is a nice Filipina lady helped us in the best way she could Thank you so much and looking forward to stay in this hotel again

Great hotel for families or large groups. Loved the space only wish had full length mirrors in rooms. No frills definitely could use a modern up grade for the price. Front desk was welcoming and prepared for our early arrival. Great location for everything

Stayed for 9 nights. In town for family stuff and decided to make into vacation. Staff was great, for the most part, including great restaurant ideas. Location pretty central for our purposes. But one day housekeeping took all of our dirty towels and left no clean. Also the piping of the shower was done backwards (single control - turning all the way yielded max cold rather than hot).

The stay was good. However, the bathroom in our suite smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We think the person above or below us may have been smoking in their bathroom. We need to keep fan in bathroom to get rid of odor.
The floors and kitchen could have been a little cleaner.
Breakfast was good, staff was very courteous.

Was there fpr a cosmetic procedure, the accommodations they provided was outstanding. Extra pillows, towels ect. The house keepers were extremely helpful as well. This is my second trip for these reaso and had the option to stay at another hotel that partners with the cosmetic facility, but for all of my past stays with this particular hotel, could not surpass my experiences, especially being so far from home to heal prior to travel.

The highway noise was awful. Be sure to ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. Beyond that issue it would have been a wonderful stay.

The first night there they had no water in the morning for hours. The hallway smelled like sulfur. Someone opened the room door while we were sleeping. I had it latched. I would not leave any valuables in the room.
