The breakfast was amazing and I like that they had certain days where you had to go options like you could just go and grab a breakfast sandwich that was still in the wrapper heated up and just take it with you and eat it on the Run. The place overall is great everything is great the staff is great service is great the only thing if I had to give it one is the fact that the water pressure isn't real good in the shower but other than that everything else is great

The staff was excellent. We were traveling with a toddler and they were as accommodating as could be. My son loved the pool and we loved the gated patio where we could safely hang out and play ball with him.

Every employee I encountered said hello and those I engaged with were so friendly and helpful. Every employee was wonderful and made my stay enjoyable. Very nice room. Nice area with many restaurants. Better than the average free breakfast. Would recommend.

The staff is amazing. We ejoyed our stay. The studio was clean. The sofa bed was unconformable but everything else was great. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to san bernardino

Great place. Room is actual like a studio apartment--full kitchen, bar stool seating nook, living room with sofa, desk, swivel TV, comfortable king bed, tub/shower & toilet separate from sink. Plenty of room. Great location.

This place overall was not ugly. The area was nice with lots of stores and places nearby. However, we stayed a total of 5 days and they did not do room service. They came once in the whole time we were there but only took out the small trashes, left more towels, and put one toilet paper roll. They did not take the dirty towels or change the dirty sheets. We did ask for new sheets due to a spill but they said they only change once every 5 days!!! That is disgusting! They didn’t even vacuum or take any of the big trash like pizza boxes. They also charged 25$ per day for parking but didn’t notify us until after. Absolutely disappointing.

My stay at the residence in was very comfortable. Service was great and food was excellent. Pillows not so great luckily I had my own. Close to restaurants and shopping. Employees very friendly and helpful. I’m looking forward to staying there again on my next trip to CA.
