Early check in friendly staff One shortcomings: No drinking water in the room and no tissue box

El hotel es práctico al tener desayuno, piscina, centro de lavado de ropa. Sin embargo, la zona cerca al hotel es insegura y sola para caminar en la noche, el aseo del hotel no es el mejor y el desayuno que dicen es hasta 9:30 am entre semana lo dejan de servir desde mucho antes y es muy básico, creo que podrían mejorar estos aspectos.

A good stay staff was cool

The staff and the pool are the only two good things that I can say. The room we had was so dirty

Great location, but loud street noise and loud AC, which blew in our faces all night long. Breakfast was disappointing. They ran out of oatmeal everyday. Really?!! Buy another pot and cook double- oatmeal is one of the cheapest things they could serve and they can’t make enough for their customers?!

Very nice clean and comfortable. I’d stay there again.

Pros: hotel attendants were great especially Katina. The cons: our room was ok. However, we found a dead bug on the pillow. After we removed that pillow enjoyed the bed

Nice place, but the hallways have clearly seen better days and the towels in the bathroom all smelled like a moldy basement.

Location

There was no room service for the 3 night of our stay. They would just bring clean towels. When I asked for extra comforter since it was cold in the room and the AC could not be adjusted, I was told they don’t have any. The supposed to be white bathtub was all chipped and yellow. If you have a car and it to be parked they only have spots on level 3 of the parking lot across the street. If you come after 6pm spots are non existent which means you have to park across the street in the municipal parking which would cost arm 25 dollars per night. Overall not a great experience.

The property itself is nice. Location, staff all great. The rooms are outdated. The couch was ripped and the room has a funky smell. Bathtub old and marks from wear and tear. The rooms could use some upgrades. Remove the carpets.

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast had variety and quality. Would come back if I decide to come back on vacation to Tampa.

The staff was amazing at the check in desk… Katina customer service was top notch… The rooms were outdated The hotel would be very nice if it was renovated with updated furniture and appliances .. Other than that the bed was comfortable and room was clean.. So busy with family stuff had no time to check out the amenities.. So I can’t rate then..

Great location. Can walk to anything you might need. Affordable parking in garage across street. Good breakfast included. Room had no amenities. One bar soap only. Cleanliness was ok. Not bad but could be better for sure. No ironing board but has iron. No sheets for pull out bed. Pull out bed very uncomfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Could use a little tlc in the room maintenance and cleaning. Would stay again but will look elsewhere first.
