Family gathered here for a quick weekend together. We often met in the lobby to visit in the evenings. Hotel is pet friendly which was a must for two of our family groups.

The room if a fantastic set up- like an efficiency apartment. Very well laid out. The hotel was clean, remodeled, quiet and convenient. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

Overall my stay was fine. I was in Tyler for the Juneteenth festivities. My issue is the parking fee. The only time i have thought about paying for parking is when i booked a room in a city's downtown or strip area. I had to pay this time for other reasons but i will not return unless someone else is paying for parking. One night i had to sit in my car and wait for someone to move so i could be closer and the other night a lady was circling looking for a park. She asked me if i were leaving. Now if u paid to park u should have a guaranteed spot to park. There was a truck with a boat taking up spaces so i wonder did they pay for all those spots or just one. Anywho this is my experience and life cost so i budget. Thanks for the stay, breakfast and pool but i will go elsewhere.

The room was very nicely laid out with everything we needed. I had to had an extra blanket and room service kindly brought one up. The only issue we had was that the toilet was so low! The ridiculous fee for parking is unreasonable. other than that we enjoyed it!

I was roomed on the second floor and experienced constant and loud noises from the floor above. I called the front desk to report a noise complaint, but I don’t believe anything was done. Dealt with the noise for the two nights I was there. The noise started early morning and continued throughout the day and night.
