This is our 3rd or 4th time staying here. It is always well maintained and clean. We had an issue with the outlets in our room. None worked. Maintenance personnel was there within minutes to look at the problem and we ended up having to move to another room. They are so accommodating.

It's clean, quiet, convenient location from RIT campus. The hotel restaurant is really good, plenty of food for reasonable prices, five star and will definitely stay again whenever I visit RIT

We arrived late in the snow. Were greeted by excellent and friendly staff. Was wonderful to get a drink and some food right in the hotel. Very comfortable bed. Quiet place to rest. Breakfast at Petals was so good. Recommended the waffles and strawberries. Perfect place to stop. We do this trip from Connecticut to Michigan often and will stay here again❣️

Rooms were cold with no real blankets in January. Hardwood floors look nice but are freezing on the feet. Restaurant was not great food, but friendly staff.

Nice hotel, for the price.
Pool & Sauna hours aren't practical as they don't open until late in the day. (Unusual for a hotel to have lifeguard).
Also, only 3 machines in the 'gym' and two of them weren't fully functional.

The hotel was cozy and quiet, no frills clean, but a little dated, convenient location. Check in staff were friendly. Stingy on the towels and room service – available upon request. Using Covid as an excuse to not do basic tasks is getting tacky. Two people in a room for three days need more than two washcloths, so stock appropriately or just plan on doing room service, should not have to request it specially. The TV was very small and the carpets could use a refresh. No extras, conditioner, or lotion, very basic

The Inn needs maintenance and an update. The rooms need new fixtures, paint and most importantly, beds. I tossed and turned and couldn't get comfortable on the old mattress. And you can hear everything your neighbor does.

hotel was decently clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was rather unprofessional, aside from the front desk manager. Having conversations and ignoring customers, making us feel as though we were being annoying or rude for asking for things like blankets and toilet paper.

The hotel is good for the price point but extremely outdated. The rooms, room keys, lobby, everything was in good condition and clean but just extremely outdated. Key system is the worst. They need to move to digital keys. Our keys didn’t work every time we came back to the hotel so we would have to take our newborn all the way around to the front entrance. Great property, could be so much better. Staff was helpful but I wouldn’t say they were extremely kind or polite. Room was comfortable and it got the job done.

I loved the property its bug free the rooms were perfect temperature and the hot tub was perfect. The pool was 82°F it probably could have sit closer to 86°F to be more comfortable. Also my room had a little peeling paint on the ceiling part of its one bulk head but other than that it was absolutely perfect
