River Street Inn is located right in the heart of River Street. It is the best hotel we have stayed at as far as location to everything on River Street. The staff is friendly. Our overall vacation was great!

We reserved a queen with balcony
At 2:00 pm on the of arrival, the hotel called to say they do have a balcony room. The hotel said that Hotels.com overbooked which they often do.
It was too late for us to find another room with balcony.
I have learned my lesson never book with an Hotel agency.

We had a great stay at River Street Inn for my milestone birthday! The room was comfy and had everything we needed, the view from our balcony was gorgeous, and the entire staff was polite and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

We were told upon check in that the hotel that the hotel was overbooked. We booked a king room with river view, we were forced to take a double bed room. Very disappointing.

Beautiful and charming hotel, river facing. We had a spacious, clean and beautiful room on the 5th floor. We loved the service and really everything about the hotel. The only suggestion for improvement is having another elevator since there was only one and the wait times could be long. There were also no readily viewable stairs that linked the 5th floor to the 4th floor but stairs were there from the 4th floor all the way to the 1st floor. Service was impeccable - Jess at the front desk along with everyone else was amazing. Highly recommended.
