The staff bentover backwards for us and we watched them do the same for another couple.the room decor was era appropriate for the location and the historical building. Will definitely rebook!

Expedia Group verified review

The only issue was a shortage in staff at check in process took over a 30 minute wait. Checkout went smooth but valet parking took another 30 minute wait after they sent a text saying that we had 5 minutes.

The shower was awful in our room. Mold all around the floor. It needed Clorox and a scouring big time. The pan needed replacing. I told the cleaning supervisor but nothing was accomplished. The staff would knock on the door to clean and we asked them to give us 15 minutes and they never come back.

This property was amazing. Everything was within walking distance. Staff was friendly and rooms were very clean. Only reason I'm not rating it excellent is because of the noise. My wife and i were woke up every morning to doors being shut and people coming in and out of the lobby. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely Savannah Bee toiletries. Can walk to any park, restaurant or shopping you want. Loved this hotel. I had a balcony room but you can’t sit out on the balcony but it was still nice to have it.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. It was our anniversary trip and we received a bottle of champagne and free breakfast with a lovely hand written card. It was also very nice that the hotel had a free happy hour with hor derves.
