I loved the bed is soo comfy

The pool area smelled very mildewy. The pool water and hot tub were not very clean feeling.. The hot tub was down 2 dats in a row.

When we got there, I was charged for a another night of stay when I already paid for the one night of stay through Expedia. But when they take your card for the so-called incidental charge that you’re supposed to get back. They charge me $150 Instead. Also, the elevator smelled like weed. The whole fifth floor smelled like weed when we got off the elevator and our room smelled like it. It is the most disgusting smell ever I Do Not want to smell it but I do not want my child to smell it either. If you cannot smoke cigarettes you shouldn’t be allowed to smoke weed and do drugs either. I complained to the front desk and they gave me another room on a different floor. But you could still smell it and elevator. Absolutely disgusting. And then to be charged another $150 is ridiculous. I will never go back there or suggest anyone goes there.

Hotel was very nice. Room was clean and roomy. Part of the wall paper was falling down. The shower was confusing to work. I think that was a me problem. The beds are pretty firm and I am more of a squishy bed person. Overall, would definitely go back! Staff were very nice and easy check in!

Just the worst. The disappointment is extreme. Check in was good, then I arrived at my room. It looked clean. We did have a glass that was dirty. I found it strange that there was no trash can liners. No book with hotel information, just the Morman bilble. Then the noise happened it sounded like we were next to a train going by continuously. I don't know if it was pipes in the walls . We took a video. Then on our way to your restaurant we stopped at the front desk. We requested a different room ,explained why. The man at the front desk seemed very surprised. I don't see how no one has complained bout it . It was insanely loud. We were given a new room . We went to dinner first. We went to dinner in your restaurant. That was good, severs were nice food was good . We received a free glitter birthday drink. The music was strange, alternative. We switched rooms after dinner. We could still hear the noise. It wasn't as loud but we could still hear it. So we found a scary movie to watch and tried to ignore it. The bathroom door had a lot of water damage. Not the most pleasant thing to look at while using the facilities. I have pictures of the door. Oh and your lotion and bodywash...please just STOP . It smelled so bad. Why would you do that to your guests? We had tried to go to the hot tub and pool but there was a child birthday party going on witch was shocking kid running and screaming, pool toys flying around .so no relaxing for us.IM JUST SO EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Where do I honestly start? Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was courteous and polite, assisting us with checking in and providing me with my room key. I originally booked a room on the concierge level. However, upon entering the original room that I was assigned to with my family, I was extremely dissatisfied to find it in an unacceptable state. The room had not been cleaned following the previous guest's departure, with trash still in the garbage cans, towels on the bathroom floor, and unmade beds with no fresh sheets. I documented the condition with photographs and brought it to the attention of the gentleman at the front desk, who then summoned his manager. The gentleman at the front counter was very apologetic. The manager offered 10,000 Marriott points for the inconvenience, but then made an unnecessary comment: “Is this what they do for you?” implying that this was a customary practice for me, which I assured her was not the case; this was my first time checking into a Marriott and my room looked like this. She subsequently relocated us to a basic room on the 4th, but upon attempting to enter, I found that my key did not work. I went back downstairs for the 3rd time and Maintenance personnel were summoned to assist and confirmed that the issue lay with the door's batteries, which needed replacement. However, even after the batteries were changed, the key still did not work, necessitating the involvement of a supervisor to reset the door's modem. This proces

When I arrived to check in the young lady at the front desk had air pods in and barely said 2 words. She didn’t explain where anything was or rules for example the pool, the restaurant, the bar. I have never been here and would have liked to been advised of where to find these things. There were tons of people and kids running around I wasn’t sure if it was a private event or what. Therefore I went straight to my room and was unable to use any of the amenities.

I was locked out of my room and had to be let in by staff.
