Greeted, quick check in.
Amenities were clean and available. Aka hot tub.
Facility had nice outdoor seating areas, allowed us to watch the sunset.
Room was comfortable and clean.

Our key didn’t work one night and we kept it separate from the phone and wallet. The next night we couldn’t get in the back door on the inside, as the handle was broken . Finally, the carpet in the back stairs and the front lobby stairs, were extremely dirty. The housekeepers were amazing and did a wonderful job😀😀

The indoor pool was not properly maintained. The back entrance door had tape on handle and did not lock. The fountain machine was never refilled. Only had banana and apples for continental breakfast. There was no detergent for washer, they were out!

Room was fine. Nothing fancy for a quick overnight. Clean. Breakfast was offered. Just cereals and yogurts. Plenty of parking and good view of the lake. Would definitely stay again.

The property was okay, I guess this is how places near water are. The carpet when you walked in is dated. The floors just seemed old. The place smelled kind of musty. It got the job done though.

For the price and being a suite was not impressed at all. The bathroom was very small and the fan and the tile behind the toilet was coming apart. There was no fire alarm, curtain on window was torn and cut and the windows were pretty dirty. Also Continental breakfast consisted of donuts and cereal. I would give them 2 stars if that
