This hotel supplied me with a safe and comfortable place by the airport and friendly staff. Easy acces by car to Boise. ADA room for my prosthetic leg. It was an enjoyable experience. Thanks

Conveniently located. Out the departure doors, I turned right and walked about 6 minutes, to the end of the sidewalk. The hotel was right there! The room was clean & tidy. The mattress was good/adequate. The water flow at the shower head was low. The little coffe maker in the room actually make realy good coffee.

It was convenient but the rooms are in bad need of repair. The showers were dingy and looked like there was mold on them. The ice machine didn’t work but the bed was alright and it was close to the freeway.

the room assigned to me was recently remodeled and had overwhelming construction and chemical odors, making it completely uninhabitable. The front desk confirmed that no other rooms were available, and as a result, I had no choice but to sleep in my car that night.I checked the other rooms, the layouts and furnitures are different from mine, take a chance and hopefully you won't get room #129 where I were assigned

It is under construction and needs work. Staff and check in were great. I got same room as last time. Not super clean but definitely needs some upkeep. Liveable for a few days.

Hotel was as expected, but was hit with a $25 pet fee that was not listed on the booking site. Also only had one room remaining, and I could imagine if I didn't check in early I might have had to find different accommodations

The room was pretty clean. Had one towel that looked like it had been stepped on and hung up. Little shampoo bottle was almost empty . Not huge issues. Overall it was good ...bed was very comfortable.

It was just okay. A place to stay for just one night. The placed smelled too strong of Lysol cleaner. One of the residents was screaming profanities outside our window for close to 45 min. We asked the front desk if something could be done - but it continued. It made our stay uncomfortable and unsafe. As I female, I would not stay at that hotel alone.

Not bad for the price and location.
Great early morning shuttle and free coffee.
When we arrived floor cleaning solution had a very overpowering smell throughout the day but other than that it was very convenient. AC worked great, bed was good.

Booked a handicap accessible room on Expedia but the hotel did not have any available once arriving, luckily when I got to the hotel they had a room downstairs available.
