This was a pleasant stay. The host was understanding and pleasant to chat with. While it is an older hotel it was quite comfortable for all my needs. I recommend this highly for most travelers.

Total dump. Air conditioner was barely held together and leaking. Everything was old like it was purchased from a thrift store. I e machine was full of rust. Vacuum must be broken cause hallways and rooms were dirty. I left after being in my room 10 min and went and got another hotel. Have never done that in my life. This is a nasty old hotel.

Carpeting filthy. Beds were not the best. Only 2 towels, when we made the reservation for 2 adults and, 2 children.
The room was quite small, which i expected from the photos. HOWEVER, i did not expect that both beds had a wall down 1/3rd of one side of the bed.
I also did not expect to see a law enforcement ankle monitoring device on one of the guests.

Stayed overnight for an early flight out. The room did not smell great, the beds smelled worse. Everywhere you look something is falling apart in the building. There was mold in the bathroom. Probably the worst hotel room I’ve stayed in.

The location was great, the lady at the counter was nice. However, the power went out and it took a couple minutes to get into a room. We got there at midnight and had to be up in 4 hours so it was a little frustrating. I totally get it, outages happen. However in the morning, I can hear the phones ringing and they woke me up before my own alarm did and people were a little loud at 4 am!

The carpets were truly filthy when we arrived. While we were there the carpets on the stairs and upper landing were cleaned, but our room's carpet was so dirty it made everything that touched it dirty, too. The beds were clean, but the desk and nightstand had grease and beverage debris from a previous guest. Not ok. Seriously thought about changing hotels, but to where? Very busy time of year.

We loved how convenient the hotel was to the airport. It was pretty much a bare bones hotel, but our room was clean, the AC works great and it was relatively quiet. We could faintly hear air traffic noise, but it was not bad. We could hear the shower running in the hotel room next to us, but again it was not a problem. The minimal interaction we had with the front desk was acceptable. We were disappointed there was no breakfast, but for the reasonable price, it was not a problem. We would not hesitate to stay there again if we are ever back in Boise.

We walked in and we think the mini fridge stopped working . There was water all over the floor got two hand towels to assist in cleaning. We used some of the towels in room to clean. Bed hard
