It was a very comfortable stay close to what We wanted to visit. They offered room service if we wanted it, we were left alone which is what I liked. The only thing is every so often I would hear water that sounded like it was in the wall. Perhaps it was the plumbing.

This motel was all about customer service. Good hot breakfast different items in different days. Stayed for two days because of fog. They offered to let us keep the room on day three until 12:00 and the fog lifted so we could see the monument. We didn’t ask they offered.

I liked that it was near the mountain and all the other attractions near Mt. Rushmore. The hotel really set the mood for our stay, I love the Theme, the accommodations were lovely. The only thing that was a con was the bed, it was very firm, waking up made the body sore.

Beautiful view from our window, the side of Mount Rushmore! Staff was very friendly and accomadating by allowing us to check in early. The only disappointment was the building is under renovations so the pool and game room area are not accessible to guests.

I felt this was a superb choice for myself and my siblings to have our reunion. It was newly renovated, quiet, rooms were absolutely clean and bedding was comfortable. But the kicker? Breakfast with real silverware, real plates, real coffee mugs, real eggs/ meats, with a decent variety of food. Upon checking, we spent 20 minutes with the desk clerk just chewing the fat- very friendly as was the kitchen staff. I only gave it a 4/5 on condition because renovations are still ongoing and my room was missing a faceplate and the shower spigot hardware needed fixing but those were so minor…some places you stay at are just ‘hotels’ or just ‘Inns’….this place goes above and beyond.

Hotel was completing renovations, so will be much better once completed. I found the room comfortable, only 1 issue was the outdide light at night was very bright and blind didn't completely cover the window. Other than ghat all was great

The staff was great, and so helpful. They were remodeling, we got a sneak peak and yall want to book a stay and enjoy all the updates!!!!Breakfast was amazing, hot food was hot and fresh, cold foods were cold and freh fruit was really good and they had fresh strawberries and plenty to choose from on breads and pastries. We loved the location of this property. 2 miles from Mount Rushmore ! Close to many other sight seeing adventures. This property was under remolding while we were there. Our room was nice. Fridge wasn’t working and they replaced it very quickly. They were working on the hvac system in our room. They did their best to work around us. Overall no complaints.
