Nice location for easy access to Black Hills and Mt Rushmore. Hotel itself was nice with decent breakfast included. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Bathroom was a little small but serviceable. Otherwise, very pleasant stay.

Really happy with this hotel. I stayed for 3 nights. My room had a balcony that was neat. The staff were very nice & the parking was easy. The room was spacious & clean. Easy to walk to restaurants & shops. Mt Rushmore is literally 5 minutes away. I also had to work the day i was to leave, they allowed me a late checkout to accommodate my work. I would for sure stay here again. Oh & they allowed my dog to stay too.

We loved everything . The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The hotel very clean .

Our stay here was excellent. Clean room and lobby, breakfast area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered was great. They are currently renovating the hotel, but that didn’t bother us at all…we only knew of the renovation bcuz of the signs they had posted and the tarp near elevator on one of the floors…otherwise, we were not disturbed. We would definitely stay here again.

Beds were a little uncomfortable. Fourth floor bathroom was very small. No coffee maker in rooms, but was available in the lobby. Breakfast was great. Real plates and utensils. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit, cereal, and pastries. Restaurant quality. Not your typical motel breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location to Mount Rushmore and Custer Stat Park. Restaurants close by.

Checking in was a real pleasure. The person at the counter made us feel right at home, was very pleasant and humorous. She explained everything clearly and gave great advice on where to eat. The room was clean and we had a balcony all to ourselves. If we are ever in the area we will definitely come back here.
