Of particular notice was the restaurant. The staff was attentive, polite, professional and clean. The menus, breakfast and dinner were diverse, full of variety, and everything I selected was positively delicious. It's by far the best dining experience i've ever had while travelling. 10/10

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm sorry to say I don't remember the name of the woman working in the gift shop/snack shop when we staryed, but she was above and beyond friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is conveniently a very short ($5 Uber ride) to CityWalk and walkable to a variety of restaurants and small shops. Would stay again. Worth the price.

My second stay. I’ve stayed on each side. Check in was smooth, staff were helpful, hotel quality is good. Breakfast available and it should total under $20pp. The hotel can use some updating but for the price it really is a great Stay!

Whoever gave this place a 10/10 is LYING! Where do I start? First, when I arrived, there was no parking spot available close to the office, so I parked in front of the entrance to check-in, there was only one clerk working the front counter and it took about 20-25 to get checked in. Secondly, they charge $10 per night for parking during your stay (plus extra for any extra guest coming to visit you)…good luck on finding a parking spot after dark. I am not going to judge the people I saw come and go out the hotel, let’s say this place is what you pay for—cheap. Oh wait, let’s me mention the bathroom toilet (lol) they put a toddler seat top on a regular toilet, so there is a gap! The shower head has residue and look like it has not been cleaned or changed since Covid. Now, the room is “nice nasty” a term we use in the South (if you know, then you know). My room was placed in Bldg 400 close to entry, the windows are lightweight, so I heard everything going on outside. People passing my window talking. Overall the location was perfect!

I could give it 5 stars but for some strange reason someone decided it was a good idea to charge $10 per car per night at the hotel. Just imagine what that can do to couples or families who decide to rent together.

Staff was amazing but found a dead roach in the room, not enough space for more than three people. They need to have larger rooms and the bathroom was tiny as well. It was also difficult to get out to go to the parks in the morning as the road was difficult to get out of.

Total chaos reception area customer service who attended to me would stop talking regarding her situation and made a mess of my reservation and was double charged . I’m still fighting to get my money back .

We checked out immediately because of the cleanliness (or lack thereof). There was hair everywhere - on the floor, beds, bathroom. The bed sheets were also stained. The front desk didn’t even question why we were checking out so quickly.
