The property is undergoing some renovations in certain areas so obviously there was a bt of debree on the floors in the hallway and stairs. Totally expected. The room was very nice and comfortable. Very clean. The staff were excellent and accommodating. I booked the night through expedia and there was an option for a breakfast for 3 dollars a person which i choose to take. It was a full breakfast with bacon, eggs, hashbrowns and toast with coffee or tea. You could.choose ham or sausage instead of the bacon. It was a fantastic breakfast to start our travel day. I would stay again.

The place is rundown. Bed is uncomfortable with no cushioning. Pillows were horrible. Lumpy and smelly. Sign says you can't even have visitors. Not impressed. Will not stay there again. Front desk staff was okay. Shuttle driver was great!!

Do not go!! Terrible service. No one was at the desk when we checked in. The hallways were filthy. The back door of the hotel did not lock. Breakfast was old fruit and stale muffins. The second night there was no running water, no drinking water, no shower, no flushing the toilet and worst of all there was absolutely no one available to address these issues. When we checked out in the morning again there was no one at the front desk. Zero hospitality, zero accountability, and zero reason to ever go there again. It would be better to go to a homeless shelter.

When we arrived a pipe had burst flooding the lobby. Water was shut off to the entire hotel. We were forced to find other lodging.

The rooms were pretty clean but the bathrooms had some mold in the bathtub. Breakfast was good but don’t offer anything for diabetics. Everything was carbs and no sugar free syrup or anything sugar free. I had to go buy some breakfast for my brother separate. They were remolding and a mess and the swimming pool and hot tub was closed without notice

The bed was high for my need. I arrived late in the 7th n was disoriented. I cudnt figure out room 119 n was yelled at for it. I didn't get good sleep both the nights. The lighting cud uz improvement.
The breakfast was ok.
I wud luv to hav a receipt for the cost of my stay for I may b reimbursed by the JBR Clinical Research Center.

Dumpsters being hauled away at 4:45 AM. and empty dumpster being repositioned at 5:15 AM... Noise in the room above me at 4:00 AM.....started the drama... Last time I darken their front door.....

Everything was great other than the pool was out of order when advertising other wise!
The breakfast wasn’t the best, they didn’t have any hot options other than oatmeal and pancakes. Would have liked to see potatoes or sausage of some sort.

This hotel was under construction. Whole floor cluttered with construction stuff. The breakfast consisted of dirty burnt crust filled waffle iron, cold coffee and curded milk. Not a good stay
