Enjoyed our stay. Room very clean, Josh on reception great at checkin. Couldn’t say the same for other front desk staff. Front desk staff give customers their first impression of a hotel. Sadly the ladies aren’t welcoming or happy.
Pool too busy, they should have opened the other pool and kept open longer!
Overall though, we had a great time

Great property good staff an Most importantly clean , Josh whom is a manager that helped me on a previous reservation helped get me checked in Tequila was so sweet an helpful room was awesome she is star in staff !! Also excellent dining options very pleased with the property management a staff a cool rooms

The outside and lobby and dining area of this property is amazing and gorgeous. Staff is helpful and nice. There is a tram on property that will take you to the strip and other hotels. However, the inside of the bedrooms, leave something to be desired as it is in dire need of an update. I found a half blunt underneath the bed as well so cleaning should be more in depth.

First off, we tried 3 of the restaurants and the pastry shop and they were all GREAT!
But the hotel didn't have room service, we were sent to the wrong tower and couldn't find our room, we stayed 4 nights and our room was NEVER cleaned, no fresh towels, the TV in our room didn't work because the cable box had been dangling from the back and had fallen behind the couch, I had to reconnect it. The room decor was very tacky and didn't make sense. There was a crocked mirror on the ceiling.

It’s a very beautiful place but they have no microwave to warm up the expensive food they sell. They had construction going on which was loud during the day too.

The check-in line was very long so I checked bags, played, came back an hour later to an equally long line. The check-in staff member had an attitude when I asked about the area as he created keys. Went up to the room (stuffy hallways) & it was 80 degrees in the room. I turned on AC & tried calling for bags. Room phone did not work so I used my cellphone. It took 30min for them to arrive even though they said they'd be right up. I went to gamble for a hour & returned to a 78 degree high humidity room. When i addressed this they sent a tech, left, i wentto enjoy Vegas for 3 more hours & temperature only dropped to 76 (felt warmer). When i addressed the front desk they offered no solutions and came across ambivalent at best. The room was not cleaned between days. Overall, worst experience i have had in a Vegas hotel (especially for the price)
