The king bed we had was SO COMFORTABLE. The pillows - EXCELLENT.
The rooms facing the street (lobby side) are noisy. Everything else was very good.

Great location. Close to Delta center and capital. Only drawback was the lack of food after 9 PM but that’s on the city not the hotel!

3rd stay here. North side is better because you don't hear the light rail. TV reception is often poor and appears to be an SD feed. Undercuts on doors can be noisy. But beds are comfortable and it's a priced for what you get.

Overall the hotel is fine. The only thing is that the room I didn't stay in was close to where the train passes and there was a lot of noise from outside.

This is an older hotel, and they had some remodeling going on. The pool and other amenities were unavailable for use. The staff was great and the facility was clean. I would have liked a heads up about the amenities.

The hotel was in good condition but it's starting to show wear in carpets and such. Our bathroom had a large ceiling repair that was painted without being sanded first. There were a few spots to park while checking in which was easy. The entrance to paid parking was very close to the for-check-in parking. The hotel entrance on the upper packing level was only available to hotel personnel so I had to walk down to the ground level. Signage for parking show the way to the hotel could be better.
Shower had a good flow and pressure, but the temperature seemed to fluctuate.
There were some nice restaurants within easy walking distance. The downtown location was convenient for us.

Great location, very friendly staff, hotel is a bit outdated. My window latch and bathroom fan were broken, so there wasn’t any sort of airflow available. All in all, a budget friendly option if you don’t need anything too fancy.

Front desk girls were amazing at early check ins and late check outs while my son was at primary children’s! I was always waiting on RMCH to see if I had a room yet and when I wouldn’t I would rent a room and check

Solid place for it's price. Old hotel with undercuts on the doors means you hear everything in the hallway. But great location and very comfortable beds. There was some lobby construction so I wonder if they're starting a big reno. Hallway carpet is bubbling up at places and it's reasonable to think a reno could be coming.

This room was not what was advertised. I paid for a room with a queen bed and the room we had for 4 nights had a full size bed. It was uncomfortable and not enough room for 2 people to sleep comfortably.
Our room was serviced every day but they did not replace any of the shampoo/conditioner and had to go get more shampoo every day as there were two of us using it.
When showering the water was not warm and lost pressure and stopped during every shower sometimes 3 and 4 times during the shower. It was super frustrating to not be able to rinse my face wash off because the e water shut off in the middle. I will not be returning to this hotel. It was terrible especially for how expensive it was.
