We loved how we had great meeting rooms for our conference. It was a perfect size hotel and a GREAT location. Our view was GREAT. Loved the microwave & fridge. Bed was very comfortable. The sink was very slow draining which should be addressed and the tub could use more calk. WOW - the elevators were fast and it seems we hardly waited even being on the 11th floor. Appreciated all the plugs especially next to the bed. Parking was great. The location was PERFECT to Temple Square and the mall. Plenty of places to visit and eat. THANK YOU!!!!

Felt the place a little dated, but room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was badic but ok. Gift shop on site was great. Would stay again.

Nice view of the city from the 12th floor, especially in the early morning. Beds were extra comfortable. The room has a safe which I thought was interesting since we weren't in Vegas. Then as we were watching TV in the evening a family opened the door. They had been given the key to our room! Glad we were here. View is nice, we paid for a balcony room but the sliding door is welded shut. So do not pay extra for a balcony room.

The front desk person working on the 15th of March was very rude. I called down for a late check out at 630 am and he responded with “I can’t authorize that, you are ungrateful” and then hung up on me. I’ve been waiting for the hotel to reach out about how I was treated. Just even an apology and have gotten nothing.

It went rather smoothly until I could not get out of the parking due to a wrong QR code on the parking pass (not free). I had to find a parking spot, ran back to the front desk to get another one, fearing I would be late for an appointment. No apologies, a curt "it works now".
