Quiero felicitar a cada uno y a todos los que integran el equipo de trabajo de este Hotel por su gran humanismo y compasión, son personas excepcionales que en mi vida pensé conocer, no quiero contar mi historia, pero lo que sí puedo decir es que mi corazón se queda en este hotel y en cada persona que trabaja aquí, para mí tanto los directivos como todo el personal son maravillosos y me emociona que en este tipo de corporaciones se de un trato tan humano y de corazón a los clientes. My stay was short, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the room was immaculate. The most important feature was a great shower with good water pressure. Not great, but good water pressure. love your hotel.

The room we stayed in was vibrating continuously throughout our stay, as if there were a large machine operating nearby. The noise was extremely disruptive and made it difficult to relax or sleep. It significantly affected the quality of our stay.
