We went to see the sunrise on Cadillac Mountain and this was a fantastic place to stay. Very close and very helpful staff.

Very quiet room. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only item that was a little worrying is the lock on the door. The door did not have a safety lock and the door did not fully lock with the deadbolt but we were not unlocked. We just were not used to not having multiple locks in a hotel room.
There was a small self serve breakfast in the am with pastries and cereal. Coffee water and juice was available 24/7.

Quiet and clean. Tim was great re: an early check in, and his knowledge of the area (including restaurant recommendations) was helpful. The breakfast bars were easy and quick. A convenient walk/not too bad into town. Motel close to Acadia. Rooms are spare but have what you need and are nicely updated. Bathroom tight and more hand towels would have been great. We’d stay again. Thank you!

It was a clean basic place, what we expected from the price. Our stay was comfortable. The bedding was clean but there was a blanket on top of the down quilt that had a very strong perfume smell

Good location - a bit away from downtown (10-15 minutes walk), easy to get in and out acadia.
There are bottle water, juices, and small snacks all day long at the lobby and grab-and-go in the morning.
The only downside is the room is not that clean especially the floor. Felt sticky walking barefoot and the bathroom floor was cold.

It’s called a motel for a reason. The rooms are literally few feet away from the road with the door opening outside. Although room was clean and had comfortable beds but is was pretty noisy and it felt like bright daylight inside the room, which will wake anyone one up at the sunrise— with East facing windows.

The room was basic, no frills, but clean and served its purpose. I was supposedly given one of the newer rooms. If it was newer, that must have been 10 years ago. On the plus side, free water, coffee, and juice available in the lobby 24/7. Walkable to downtown Bar Harbor. If all you're looking for is a place to sleep and shower at a reasonable price, this place fits the bill.

We had a great time. The property was very clean with kind staff. Great location and walkable to many spots. Unlimited water, juices, coffee, and snacks. Our only expectation that fell short was the breakfast. It was small cups of cereal, pastries, and fruit. There weren’t any hot options or protein options.
