The pool area was very relaxing and the staff was every attentive. There was soft music playing in the background and it was family frendly. I did see a couple of families out on the pool. It also has different destiate areas as well as thew cabanas so the space did not feel crowded. I would deflenely return and recommand it to others for both a stay or just a pool pass for the da

This is a great resort with lots of other great things to enjoy besides the casino! The Hard Rock Live is bigger than I thought and it’s very well run:) We enjoyed it.

Extremely disappointed with my stay at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood. The service was absolutely unacceptable. Reaching the front desk was nearly impossible — no one would answer, and when they finally did because I have to go in person , they were rude and unhelpful.
The room smelled heavily like marijuana, to the point that it was impossible to sleep. For a so-called luxury hotel, there was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, not even a single bottle of water in the room. Completely unacceptable.
This experience was far below the standard I expected. I would never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. Overpriced, poorly managed, and definitely not worth it.

This stay has been a complete nightmare. I called to confirm our room is ready around 1:45pm. I was told yes, it was indeed ready early based on my request weeks ago for early check in.
When we arrive at the hotel, well after 4 pm, our room is not ready. They have to switch us from two queen beds, to 1 king bed. That is 4 adults in one bed.
The front desk said they can send a roll out bed to the room and it will arrive in 45 minutes. At 9:45pm I realized they still never brought the bed from earlier.
I called and was told there was no request, but they could make one now.
They said it would be 15-30 minutes. After 30 minutes, still no bed. We finally received the bed around 10:45. We were exhausted. One member of our party and to sleep in another friend’s room because we only had 2 beds. Then when we checked out, they charged us for the bed!!

We loved out stay ! We came for birthday celebration and we were not disappointed. Unfortunately the weather was not good and we couldn’t use the pool but other than that everything was excellent!
