Lotsa action and good. Easy Uber to beach. Pool very crowded.

I love the eatery the casino and the pools.

Overall we had a nice visit. Our room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Food options were outstanding. Poolside food and service was exceptionally good. Music was a bit loud in the steakhouse. Despite receiving an email that we could checkin online, and spent considerable time creating and account to do so, we were told that option wasn't available since we booked via 3rd party. Desk clerk could not override this issue. Although our checkin information indicated our room would not be serviced during our two day stay, the attendant entered our room without notice at 4:30 in the afternoon, startling us considerably since we were trying to sleep after several hours by the pool and a long night out planned. Two pools are available, both very nice and impeccably clean. We chose the smaller pool, with a slide since it was closest. The pool was very cool and refreshing, quite a surprise for Miami in Aug. As noted the poolside service was amazingly good. I should warn you that the music at the pool was much too loud. The towel staff commented independently that the tech guys has it set way too loud. Thankfully the multiple waterfalls drowned out some of the volume. Overall a very nice stay, and we will return.

Always a joy to stay at the hardrock

This is a very large hotel, casino and entertainment facility. Very beautiful and grand. So much to see and take in. I had tickets for a concert at Hard Rock Live, which is a extremely nice music venue. Then spent the night at the Seminole Hotel. Everything is over the top expensive. And in my mind they go way over the price / value line. My room was okay but certainly no-where near a five star hotel. It was just blah. Certainly not worth the price I paid. I ate several meals at the Hard Rock Cafe. Nothing to write home about. Average at best but with Michelin Star prices. They have no problem attracting customers and thus they can command any price they want. Bottom line I would have to get a much better deal before I would stay again.

Pool area very peaceful

casino reeked of cigarette smoke, which carried up into the hotel hallways and the room we stayed in. Toilet in our room gurgled all night

Loved staying at the Hard Rock! So convenient for the cocnert!

This property is top notch. Everything is so convenient. Great options to eat. Entertainment at its finest. The beds and pillows are so comfortable.

The room was very nice, except no HBO or other movie channels. Must pay for On Demand. Casino is spacious and trendy. Excellent restaurants (we went to two). They could use more help to clean and straighten the slots. Same with waitresses - more help. The pool is outstanding.

Great place to stay with kids

In the good side the room service was excellent, every meal was perfectly delivered. On the dark side, the smell of cigarettes everywhere was quite disgusting. The front desj id just next to a bar, quite difficult to check in properly.

A great experience in all. Recommend for a good relaxing time

We were there for Shania Twain concert. It was excellent. Tried most of the restaurants all were very good. We will be back again

Rooms very clean .. The staff thru out the whole hotel is very accommodating & always smiling .. especially at the guitar pool , they work hard in that hot sun !!
