one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each

Hard to get to. Staff was super. Yes they have remodeled the rooms. But did them on the cheap.
Area has unhoused people all around. Did not see any security in the property. Iffy arriving back after dark.

Staff was very helpful. Had to go to the hospital the next day and I was on a clear liquid diet and they kept my popsicles in their freezer and got them as I needed them

The hotel was horrible the pool was not available the jacuzzi was broken the restaurant was unavailable the shower did not work and was filthy even if it would have been able to use as a tub it could not be used due to filth and handicapped and filthy

I travel frequently and usually stay at the Hyatt or Hilton, but I decided to give the Sheraton a try. Overall, the experience was just okay. When I arrived in my room, none of the three trash bins had liners, and I had to request them from housekeeping. The shower also kept overflowing, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the elevator was out of service for two out of the three days of my stay, which was frustrating.
