Excellent fitness facilities (separate cardio room, weight room, indoor/outdoor large pool that is good for lap-swimming. (One suggestion would be to hold a lap lane for adults wanting to do laps as at certain periods kids take over with inflatable toys, etc.) The hotel was very clean. Front desk staff member upon arrival seemed bored and was just looking around at everyone else in the area but other than that, everything was great. I understand there are renovations going on but these did not affect me other than that dining areas were closed.

The property is very nice and connected to the Prudential Center which has many eateries- convenient for a cold winters day. We chose this hotel because it was walking distance to Northeatern University. Very convenient.

Room was nice. Good view. Staff friendly and helpful. Connected to a mall with lots of shopping and food options easy walking distance to Newbury street, NEU, art museums and other great spots to see

We liked the bed and bathroom. The room was very small .. no dresser drawers, very tiny awkward closet, one chair, very tiny refrigerator hidden inside desk , and there was a charge for WiFi access!
Unwelcoming entrance to hotel due to renovations, often weaving around workmen cordoning off a portion of the entrance or elevator access.
Would nit choose this Sheraton in the future even though renovations will end, the small room size was not comfortable .

Best hotel for conventions at the Hynes or Prudential Center. You don’t even have to go outside if not needed.
The only issue with this trip was the construction going on. Last year was much better and feel the cost could have been lower based upon the repairs and lack of amenities.

Para empezar estaba en construcción por lo que la entrada principal era una alternativa, donde esperé haciendo fila más de 40 minutos para poder hacer el check in. Al día siguiente me fui a la mañana y regresé alrededor de las 5:30 pm y no habían hecho la limpieza del cuarto, llamamos a recepción para obtener café y toallas y nunca nos atendieron. Con la mala suerte de que los vecinos de la habitación de al lado fueron muy ruidosos. Además no tenían servicio d desayuno y los restaurantes del hotel estaban cerrados por la reparación. Había al mismo momento una conferencia por lo que en diferentes lugares había botellas pláticas o vasos abandonados. No fue una buena experiencia. Demasiado caro para el servicio brindado ! No recomendable!

1st thing when we arrived we were informed by valet that our standard sized pickup truck was an "over sized" vehicle and the price changed from $70 a night to $110 a night. When I asked the hotel for assistance I was informed that because I booked through a 3rd party, Hotels.com, they really couldn't help me. The valet person offered us a different parking option which was a 15 minute walk to and from the hotel, we noticed a parking garage to the right of the exit and pulled in there in hopes of not having to walk a mile back to the hotel. The parking garage had space, we parked with no problem and ended up paying $46 a night, so it worked out in our favor, no thanks to the valet or hotel manager.
