People in room next door came home at 1:30 am on a Thursday night and woke up my kids. They were talking so loudly. Our room had an adjourning room - the sound carried right through. We were not happy!

Excellent fitness facilities (separate cardio room, weight room, indoor/outdoor large pool that is good for lap-swimming. (One suggestion would be to hold a lap lane for adults wanting to do laps as at certain periods kids take over with inflatable toys, etc.) The hotel was very clean. Front desk staff member upon arrival seemed bored and was just looking around at everyone else in the area but other than that, everything was great. I understand there are renovations going on but these did not affect me other than that dining areas were closed.

Giving 2 star for Sheraton boston hotel because you can hear every single thing who stays next to your door. View from hotel is outstanding. An Elevator stops every single floor and it took 50 mins to get out of an elevator that's disgusting. I will never visit again. We need privacy for our talks.

Normally a fairly reasonable stay
Although maybe customers can be warned of a convention the size of the Animae
Convention, made for a extremely uncomfortable stay having to wait for elevators for 10-15 minutes because stairway s are only for emergencies

The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because of the pool, but unfortunately it was under maintenance during my visit. When I asked the front desk for a discount or some kind of compensation, the staff simply said "no" and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. For the price I paid, I could have stayed at a better hotel with better service. I won’t be staying here again.

Came with my 3 kids for a Red Sox game and to swim in the indoor pool. Turns out pool was closed for the weekend. I believe it was due to some festival thing happening in Boston. It would have been nice to be told when booking. Disappointed. Find another hotel if you want an indoor pool.

When we got in to our room, there wasn't enough toilet paper or towels, no kleenex. We had to go down to thw front desk for all these items. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly, either. There was no microwave in the room or on the property for guests to use, which made it inconvenient for dining, especially since the restaurant was closed.

Our only complaint would be that the last few times we have stayed over the past year and a half is that they have been doing construction and still do not have an onsite restaurant. Week day mornings the construction noise starts at 9 am and is constant. Not a huge deal as we were out of the room by 10a every morning and I know it has to be done sometime. Otherwise the hotel is great.
