Hotel is super clean and all the staff are friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay the best. From the valet to housekeeping,, all top notch. Location is perfect. Walking distance to all the touristy things we wanted to do, including a game at Fenway Park.

Tried to get I. Touch with anyone for several
Days for early check in and wasn’t able to get anyone. Did self check in on app and it never sent a key
Checked in room was fine but at night realized sheet was dirty there was no fitted sheet on the bed at all and the room AC never cooled the room no matter what we set it to.

Giving 2 star for Sheraton boston hotel because you can hear every single thing who stays next to your door. View from hotel is outstanding. An Elevator stops every single floor and it took 50 mins to get out of an elevator that's disgusting. I will never visit again. We need privacy for our talks.

Normally a fairly reasonable stay
Although maybe customers can be warned of a convention the size of the Animae
Convention, made for a extremely uncomfortable stay having to wait for elevators for 10-15 minutes because stairway s are only for emergencies

The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because of the pool, but unfortunately it was under maintenance during my visit. When I asked the front desk for a discount or some kind of compensation, the staff simply said "no" and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. For the price I paid, I could have stayed at a better hotel with better service. I won’t be staying here again.
