Not sure what the point of early check in is for because i still had to get back in a super long line later to wait for the keys? Plus I don’t like to see a $100 on my credit card in case of hotel incidentals??? For a pre-paid room? It better come off my credit card soon.

Pillows were awful but everything else was fabulous about this hotel. I loved how the pool roof would open up to the city and how close this was to everything in Boston!
